if you love hamachi Kama then this will definitely be your cup of tea! The natural sweetness of this fish is unbelievable and even when cooked it stills stays super juicy. The fat to flesh ratio is to die for, giving the fish a unique flavor of its own.
we are happy to bring this fillet in to let you try and we highly recommend this fillet if you like to pan fry your fish as the skin of this hamachi can get super crispy!
