Sashimi-Grade Aka Ebi, also known as Argentine Red Shrimp, is wild-caught from Argentina and frozen to preserve its natural sweetness and quality.

Each 250–300g pack contains approximately 4–6 large Aka Ebi, prized for their deep red colour, naturally sweet flavour and firm yet tender bite. Unlike ordinary prawns, Argentine Red Shrimp have a richer seafood flavour that makes them particularly suited to sashimi-style serving.

Enjoy them chilled, lightly seared, grilled or served as part of a Japanese seafood platter.
