This fish has the flavors of flower grouper and red grouper and the texture of the fish is firm yet it flakes apart when pressure is applied, it fats makes this fish extremely juicy giving you a even better experience.
there are many ways of preparing this fish and the most common way would be steaming in Cantonese style, this allows the flavors to shine! Another way that you can prepare would be using the fillets to pan-fry making sure the skin gets shattering crispy and the flesh stays juicy!
