Our fresh Red Grouper Head is wild-caught and supplied at approximately 400–500g for half a head.Grouper head contains tender cheek meat together with skin and collagen-rich sections that add body and depth to sauces and soup. Use it for fish head curry, Chinese-style braised fish head, seafood soup, steamboat or claypot dishes. The firm grouper meat holds together well while absorbing the flavour of your gravy or broth.
