Our fresh Yellow Pike Eel is wild-caught from Malaysia, with each whole fish weighing approximately 1.2–1.7kg before cleaning. Yellow Pike Eel has firm, meaty flesh and a rich savoury flavour that works well in dishes requiring longer cooking. Use it for braising, soup, hotpot, curry, frying and Chinese-style seafood dishes.

Because of its larger size, the fish is cut into portions by default for easier home preparation.
