Our Mouse Grouper Fillet is wild-caught from Indonesia and supplied at approximately 200–250g per fillet. Mouse Grouper is a premium grouper prized for its naturally sweet flavour, fine texture and firm, springy flesh. The convenient fillet portion is excellent for Chinese-style steaming, hotpot, fish soup, pan-searing and light braised dishes. Because the flesh is naturally flavourful, simple seasoning with ginger, spring onion and soy sauce is often enough.
