Our Hamachi Fillet is wild-caught from Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan and supplied at approximately 250-350g per portion. Hamachi, also known as Japanese Yellowtail, is known for its naturally rich, fatty and slightly sweet flesh. Its high fat content keeps the fillet juicy during pan-searing, grilling, broiling and baking, while the skin can become beautifully crisp. Serve with Japanese-style sauces, grated daikon or simple salt seasoning.
