Our fresh Ikan Ayam, also known as Triggerfish, is wild-caught from Malaysia and supplied at approximately 1kg with around 1–3 fish. Triggerfish has firm white flesh and a mild sweetness that works well with simple seasoning as well as stronger sauces. Prepare it by grilling, frying, baking or cooking in curry.

Choose cleaned whole fish or request for the tough outer skin to be removed while keeping the fish whole.
