Our fresh Ikan Kembung, also commonly known as Indian Mackerel, is wild-caught from Malaysia. Each 1kg order contains approximately 5–7 whole fish, which are descaled and gutted for convenient home cooking. Ikan Kembung has naturally rich, savoury and slightly oily flesh that pairs beautifully with strong Southeast Asian flavours. Enjoy it fried until crisp, grilled over charcoal, cooked with sambal, prepared as Assam fish or simmered in curry.
