Our fresh Ikan Selar is wild-caught from Malaysia / Thailand, with approximately 5–7 whole fish in every 1kg order. Ikan Selar has firm, savoury flesh that stands up well to high-heat cooking. It is excellent fried whole until crisp, grilled, cooked with sambal, marinated with turmeric or prepared in curry.

Each fish is cleaned before delivery for convenient home cooking.
