Our Kinmedai, also known as Golden Eye Snapper, is a premium Japanese fish prized for its rich flavour, delicate texture and naturally sweet flesh. Kinmedai has a higher fat content than many lean white fish, giving the meat a smooth, luxurious mouthfeel while still retaining a clean seafood flavour.
