Our fresh Baby Threadfin | 马友鱼 is wild-caught and selected for its delicate sweetness and soft flesh, fine flesh. Each fish is approximately 200–250g in gross weight fillets and can be prepared as a fillet or sliced specifically for fish soup. if you like threadfin fillet do give this a try you can tell the difference in them.
Baby Threadfin is especially popular for steaming, fish porridge and clear fish soup because its naturally sweet, delicate flesh requires very little seasoning. It is also an excellent family-friendly fish and for young children due to its soft texture.
