Our fresh Red Mullet | Goatfish is wild-caught from Indonesia and supplied at approximately 500g, with around 1–3 whole fish. Red Mullet has savoury, delicate flesh that works particularly well with dry-heat cooking. Pan-fry the fish until the skin becomes crisp, grill it with herbs or prepare it simply with lemon, butter and seasoning.
It is equally suitable for Mediterranean-style seafood dishes and Asian fried fish recipes.
