Our fresh Stingray | 魔鬼鱼 is wild-caught from Malaysia and supplied in approximately 300–400g slices. Stingray has moist, firm flesh that absorbs marinades and sauces extremely well. The classic Singapore preparation is BBQ Sambal Stingray, where the fish is grilled with spicy sambal and served with calamansi. It can also be grilled, cooked in curry or prepared with Assam-style sauces.
Choose the slice whole or cut into cubes.
