Our Threadfin Bones are sourced from Indonesia Balai and frozen in approximately 400–500g packs. Threadfin is also commonly known as Ikan Kurau / Ngoh Her. The bones and attached fish meat are excellent for building a naturally flavourful broth for fish soup, Teochew porridge, seafood noodles, steamboat and homemade fish stock.

Blanch the bones before simmering for a cleaner-tasting broth.
