Our fresh Tilapia is sourced from Malaysia and supplied whole at approximately 400–500g before cleaning.Tilapia has mild, clean-tasting white flesh and a soft flaky texture, making it very versatile for everyday cooking. Prepare it steamed with ginger and soy sauce, fried until crisp, baked, grilled or cooked in curry.
Choose to keep the fish whole or have it cut in half for easier preparation.
