Our Tuna Kama, or Tuna Collar, is frozen and supplied as approximately 1 piece weighing 250–350g.The collar sits close to the head of the tuna and contains rich, marbled meat with plenty of natural fat. This makes Tuna Kama excellent for Japanese-style salt grilling, broiling and oven roasting.

Cook at high heat to crisp the exterior while keeping the fatty meat juicy inside, then serve simply with lemon or grated daikon.
