Our fresh Turbot | 多宝鱼 is wild-caught and supplied whole at approximately 800–900g before cleaning. Turbot is prized for its fine, moist flesh and delicate sweetness. Because of its refined flavour, it is particularly well suited to Chinese-style steaming, baking, roasting and light pan-searing, where heavy seasoning is unnecessary.

Steam Turbot whole with ginger, spring onion and light soy sauce to highlight the natural quality of the fish.
